Synthesize business needs into coherent product requirements that provide clarity, focus and prioritization to complex problems
Define the digital product vision and product features
Adapt shop settings to business needs
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and decision makers to develop a roadmap that meets business objectives, drives key results for growing the business, and creates experiences that delight users
Develop user journeys and create wireframes, mockups and basic prototypes
Monitor the on-site launch calendar and end-to-end execution of product launches and campaigns, collaborating with the brand, marketing, and operations teams to build and QA pages on site
Prioritize and adjust the product backlog according to strategic product value
Analyze the performance of the website elements with users, customers and versus the competition
Leading a team (1-2 employees)
What we are looking for:
2+ years of experience as a Shop Admin / Digital Product Manager in an e-commerce business (ideally on Shopify)
Strong communication and relationship building skills; excellent in English
Sound understanding of merchandising tools and a solid technical background with ability and affinity for tackling technical projects
Strong organizator, who is able to juggle conflicting priorities and stakeholders
You are process driven, but still creative in your approach
You have a hands on mentality and are all about getting things done
