What you will do: 

1. Responsible for the operational implementation of performance marketing campaigns, in paid social:  Facebook and Tiktok                                                                                                                     
2. Conception, development and implementation of strategies to improve audience targeting and creative concept optimization
3. Run a/b tests to improve overall performance and shed light on untapped strategies to efficiently grow revenue-stream
4. Close coordination with external marketing channels (content, crm, influencer marketing) to support their efforts
5. Up-to-date with latest social media trends and best practices to improve campaign results
6. Ongoing evaluation, executing creative testing, monitoring and reporting of relevant KPI development

What we are looking for:  

1. Experience/Knowledge of the essential performance channels and their functionality (including tracking, retargeting, A/B testing) such as various social media platforms; Facebook, Tiktok and affiliate marketing platforms; AWIN.
2. Knowledge of driving positive ROAS for performance marketing campaigns by optimizing CPA, CTR, CPM and other relevant PM KPIs
3. Successfully completed studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing
4. Very good MS Excel skills, a high affinity for the Internet and e-commerce
5. Proactive approach to work and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
6. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as conceptual thinking and organized work
7. High level of commitment, personal responsibility and resilience
8. Fluent knowledge of English
