What you will do: 

1. Design, control and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns
2. Familiarize yourself with different types of publisher models and affiliate networks
3. Search for publishers that can be valuable to the business and develop partnerships
4. Manage and maintain the advertising material
5. Sales development and retention of the publisher portfolio
6. Communication on all technical and contractual concerns of the affiliate network
7. Identify the types of fraud and the associated detection options and preventive measures
8. Reporting of publisher activities including derivation of recommendations for action

What we are looking for:  

1. Experience in working with Affiliate Marketing platform, AWIN.
2. Knowledge of establishing successful partnerships with publishers and how to retain them for long term
3. Successfully completed studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing
4. Excellent understanding of marketing performance analytics and attribution.
5. Very good MS Excel skills, a high affinity for the Internet and e-commerce
6. Proactive approach to work and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
7. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as conceptual thinking and organized work
8. High level of commitment, personal responsibility and resilience
9. Fluent knowledge of English
