Development of initiatives to optimize online marketing performance
Holistic conception, planning and implementation of new performance marketing campaigns
Independent campaign control according to transparent and coordinated performance goals
Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs (eg Return on AdSpend)
Set up and implementation of strategic and operational projects
Carrying out analyzes and deriving measures to increase performance
What we are looking for:
Above-average degree in economics or a comparable education at a top university
At least three years of practical experience, for example in an agency including the management of a performance marketing channel
Experience/Knowledge of the essential performance channels and their functionality (including tracking, retargeting, A/B testing) such as various social media platforms; Facebook, Tiktok and affiliate marketing platforms; AWIN.
Knowledge of driving positive ROAS for performance marketing campaigns by optimizing CPA, CTR, CPM and other relevant PM KPIs
Successfully completed studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing
Very good MS Excel skills, a high affinity for the Internet and e-commerce
Proactive approach to work and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as conceptual thinking and organized work
High level of commitment, personal responsibility and resilience
Fluent knowledge of English
