What you will do: 

  1. You support and initiate projects in the area of office and feel-good management for our location in Berlin Mitte like e.g. company and office events, planning our team meetings
  2. You are responsible for all administrative matters of office management (e.g. incoming and outgoing mail, office supply, receiving and sending packages etc.)
  3. As a team assistant, you are the first point of contact for our employees and ensure that office management runs smoothly
  4. You greet and interact with our guests, suppliers and applicants to make sure that they feel welcome, taken care of and their inquiries are smoothly solved
  5. You are organizing our office stock rooms and are responsible for new orders
  6. You bring new and fresh ideas for designing our office


What we are looking for:  

  1. Joy for working with people and having a communicative personality
  2. Ideally some experience in the fields Office or Event Management
  3. Hands-on mentality and are creative, organized and have a positive mindset
  4. Strong identification with our brand portfolio and the values, that bring those unique brands to life
  5. Fluency in both German and English
