Lead the Brand strategies and coordinate CRM activities across DACH
Create and own the sales & offer strategy and roadmap, including monitoring and evaluating CRM automation and ah-doc campaigns to drive profitable sales and nourish brand equity
Develop further our Brands´ life cycle marketing strategy to improve CLV and present the most relevant experience to our customers based on predictive and rule-based segmentation
Collaborate closely with brand management and digital marketing teams to align on sales strategy and support cross-functional projects
Lead A/B testing activities to constantly improve the effectiveness of CRM tactics and refresh best practices
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing
Power-user of CRM Platforms + ESPs
Experience in the healthy/beauty/fashion industry, D2C or multi-brand e-commerce recommended
Data-driven with proven ability to increase user engagement and incremental conversion, retention, and growth by leveraging CRM capabilities
Strong team player skills, motivation, project management skills, thinker & doer, good communication skills
Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization
Sense for trends and new impulses in CRM marketing - preferably combined with a strong interest in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sector
Excellent English skills (German or any other language is a plus but not required)
